Cook Like a Tuscan
Avventura’s “Cook Like a Tuscan” experience brings our guests inside local kitchens, artisanal food shops, small trattorias and Michelin-star restaurants. You’ll meet the owners, hear their personal stories and learn what drives their craft. You’ll bury your hands deep in a soft mound of “00” flour and learn the secrets of great handmade pasta. And you’ll spend a morning at the stove creating the sauces that go with it – all under the guidance of great instructors.

Tuscan Wine Boot Camp
Whether you’re a casual wine drinker, an experienced oenophile or a complete novice, our “Tuscan Wine Boot Camp” has something for you. Tuscany is widely recognized as one of Italy’s – and the world’s – great wine regions. Surrounded by rolling hills, vines and olive orchards, you’ll visit artisanal wine producers, sample great wines and enjoy memorable meals. Avvenutura’s professionally certified sommeliers will demystify Tuscan wine classifications and lead you through private, organized wine tastings.
